Who we are.
Family Living Center (FLC) was incorporated in 1979 by Mabel Higgs and our organization has been assisting adult individuals with developmental disabilities in Oakland County, since that time.

Each located across Oakland County, in Bloomfield Hills, Lathrup Village, Rochester, Troy, Waterford and West Bloomfield.
